These three hours were full of valuable insights!

At the HR Community Workshop on December 13 on the topic of “How do I as HR convince my management that effective leadership is essential?”, we discussed challenges in working with the CEO from an HR perspective. By working through various scenarios together, we were able to develop a range of solutions.
